Building Customer Experience

Hey! 👋 I'm Evgeni, back in 2019 I decided to photoshop myself in an F1 Car to prove to my friends that I was in Qatar. 2019 - This is where the journey begins. Many free-of-charge tasks are done for streamers, content creators, and one to three logo designs. Late 2019 I joined Solent University where I met one of the best tutors Chris Venebals. 2020 - A few seatbacks on my journey. This is where I met UX as a discipline in the design industry. Spend 3 months just reading about it. Met some crazy people who taught me a thing or two. I landed my first project that included UX, bringing 1k customers and a 57% conversion rate. 2021-22 - Decided to push forward with User Experience in mind and finish my degree. When designing a presentation, brand book, or even a brand identity knowing that UX exists makes the whole design process totally different and more user-oriented. Mid 2022 - Landed my first in-house job as a graphic designer in a marketing agency. Achieved 1M+ impressions on my work there. Converted 70% of the clients of our clients in 6 months. Developed 3 E-commerce shops and took care of their social media presence with millions of impressions on the route. 2023 - Gave up on Graphic Design role and started to persuade UX Design and Product. Finished 3 courses for UX and UI. Attended 10 workshops over a year. Started a challenge for 90 days of UI design everyday. In 2024 I Landed a job where I was the only designer in a company that makes 5M/Yearly. Developed a few internal projects and web app applications and created MVP for accounting software. Made a bunch of landing pages, and marketing pages focusing on converting more clients and discovered the no/low-code tools. In 2025 I am on my way of building my own studio to deliver the experience that customers need @ ExperienceLaunch Let’s connect and build something together!
